Hotel Policy
Check-In: 2pm
Check-Out: 12pm

Hotel Deposit
Deposit at RM 100 per night is required upon check in for incidental charges (if any). The said deposit is refundable after the execution of room inspection during check out.
Please note that all fees and deposits (if any) may not include tax and are subject to change.

Late Check Out
Minimum charges for additional 1 – 3 hours at RM50.00 will be imposed (subject to 10% of service charge and 6% of goods service tax).
Subsequent hours will incur one night room charges.

Cancellation
Promotional Rates are non-refundable.
Any cancellation, amendment, no show or shorten of stay will incur one night stay charges.
Extra beds are available upon request subject to availability and room type.
Extra person 0-6 years old in a room: Free of charge.
Extra person 7 years old and older in a room: RM 50 per person per night
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately at the hotel.

Pet Policy
Strictly NO pets allowed.

Accepted Credit Cards
Major credit and debit cards are accepted.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Online banking is available for online reservation.

At InHotel Inanam Kota Kinabalu we are committed to green hotel policies and the implementation of proactive measures to help protect and sustain the environment for future generations.
We recognize the impact of our operations on the environment and aim to be an increasingly green efficient and environmental friendly hotel. We strive to minimize any detrimental effects as a result of our business.
In order to deliver our commitment, we will comply to relevant environmental legislation and take proactive approach to future requirements and obligations. We seek to conserve natural resources through the responsible use of energy, water and materials but also maintaining the quality of service expected by our guests.

Saving Energy
InHotel uses energy efficient LED light bulbs and has installed energy saving split units air-conditioning in the corridors and guests rooms to reduce power consumption. To reduce energy needs even further, InHotel hotels corridor down lights are automatically switch off during day time from 06.00am to 18.00pm. However, the hotels corridor will also automatically switch on from 18.00pm – 06.00am.

Recycle
InHotel aims to recycle as much waste as possible which include paper, glass, plastic and organic waste.
